The Aquila new Nylgut ukulele strings were designed to deliver a superior playing experience. By blending three synthetic components, the material used for these strings not only produces a better sound but also maintains tuning better than standard nylon strings. The new Nylgut strings absorb less moisture, which helps to improve intonation and accuracy.
Compared to traditional nylon or PVDF strings, the new Nylgut strings offer a better sound quality. They were designed to provide an excellent player feel and a sweet tone similar to that of genuine gut strings.
The proprietary composite material used in the Nylgut strings is engineered to absorb less moisture, ensuring better tuning stability. The strings are accurately gauged with varying densities, which enhances the accuracy of fret-intonation.
